Weakness prevails. The lack of recent transactions meeting the firm’s reporting criteria were followed by a single deal for $4.4 million in the second quarter. In the sale at issue, Hampton Oaks Apartments LLC paid MB REO-SC Multifamily LLC $27,500 per unit for the 160-unit Hampton Oaks property in North Charleston. The sale closed in April at a 10.6% cap rate.
