The mean cap rate for the quarter was 5.4% and the 12 month rolling cap rate was 6.1%. The largest of the three sales was an 86,312-square-foot office property at 7800 Walton Parkway that sold for $13.3 million ($154 psf). The property consists of a three-story office building connected to a two-story research and development facility, according to Reis.
