There was just one qualifying apartment investment deal during the second quarter, as a 25-unit building on N. Meridian Street in Indianapolis sold for $3.44 million ($137,625 per unit) in April. Calvin Hair sold it to 1733 Apartments LP at a 3.1% cap rate. The rolling 12 month cap rate, based on six deals, is 5.6%.
